Less than two weeks to go until harvesting. The bulbs have started to segment and are looking amazing. Always love this time of the year when you get to finally see the end product.
After three years, we are back. Brymworth Farm has continued to grow the yummy Flinders Island Purple Garlic over the last few years but there have been many challenges thrown our way. Sadly, we have had to say goodbye to love ones, dealt with some difficult hurdles thrown our way and endured some interesting growing seasons. But on the upside, we have extended our faming operations and we are now the proud owners of two sheep farms. Never a dull moment at Brymworth Farm.
The 2018 harvest commences in just under a month, and we are wrapped with this years garlic crop. It is hard to believe that we have been growing garlic for eleven years and still have such a passion for the product.
